The Role of the Part-Time Housekeeper

As a Part-Time Housekeeper, your responsibilities will include:

Housekeeper

• Responsibility for all service duties, including formal and informal dining.
• Meticulous care and management of silverware, crystal, and fine chinaware.
• Responsibility for the preparation of high-quality family meals.
• Comprehensive pantry management and grocery procurement.
• Management of a high-end residence:
  • Routine maintenance: flooring, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Deep cleaning: windows, drapery, and specialist surface care.
• Laundry and Wardrobe Management:
  • Care of fine household linens.
  • Management of the family’s luxury wardrobe and designer garments.
• Preservation and care of luxury furniture and fine art.
• Adherence to professional standards, including the use of uniform and white gloves provided by the family, as required.
• Guest hospitality, management of external contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff.
• Candidate must be a genuine lover of cats.

The candidate must be exceptionally flexible and capable of managing last-minute schedule adjustments as required by the household.

Superior organisational and time-management skills are essential; we are seeking individuals looking for a long-term professional commitment.

Must exhibit the highest standards of professionalism, initiative, and proactive problem-solving.

Punctuality, absolute reliability, and unwavering discretion regarding the family’s privacy are non-negotiable.

Location

The family is primarily based in Padova, Italy.

Working Hours and Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 8am – 1pm.
• Saturday and Sunday: Rest days.

Language Proficiency

The Housekeeper must possess a high command of the Italian language.

Essential Requirements

• Prior experience within UHNW (Ultra-High Net Worth) households with impeccable, verifiable references.

Commencement Date

Although the start date is yet to be confirmed, the selected Housekeeper is expected to be available to start as soon as possible.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Monthly Net Salary: € 1,000
• Additional Compensation: 13th-month salary & TFR (Severance Indemnity)
• Overtime: Remunerated as extra-duty pay

(Remuneration request exceeding the stated budget will only be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates with elite UHNW references).
