Xerendipity is always listening to what our clients and candidates need, which is why we’ve developed the

unique ‘In-House Training Programme’ in Italy

Xerendipity believes in the need for continuous training, especially in a sector as sensitive as domestic staff, housekeepers, nannies, babysitters and personal butlers.

That’s why we’ve set up a new Academy to train and develop high quality domestic staff.

At Xerendipity, we offer a unique training service in the field of private domestic staff, with a very high level of added value for families.

We offer our clients the opportunity to have one of our trainers come directly to their home; we will prepare a “tailor-made” training programme, designed and scheduled according to their needs.

The trainer will teach your domestic staff, governesses, housekeepers, babysitters or nannies all the activities they are lacking in.

We also organise courses and seminars on an ongoing basis. 

This ensures that the level of training of the candidates we present to you remains high.

Xerendipity has a number of courses in the pipeline at the moment, such as

• First Aid
• Paediatric first aid
• Basics of personal assistance
