When we talk about Xerendipity’s Administration and Accounting Services for Domestic Staff, we are referring to a set of services dedicated to private clients, such as families.
Typically, clients, particularly those residing in Italy, already have their own specialists, such as accountants and labour consultants.
However, our international clients do not have any support in Italy, so we at Xerendipity provide all the necessary administrative and accounting support for Domestic Staff.

Services provided by Xerendipity's Administration and Accounting Department
The services provided and included in the scope of the contract are:
- Drafting employment letters and domestic contracts
- Defining the probationary period for domestic staff
- Notifying the commencement of employment to the Italian National Social Security Institute (INPS)
- Managing payroll for 13 or 14 monthly payments
- Managing leave, holidays, overtime, etc.
- Sending the fixed quarterly MAV form for the payment of contributions:
- 1^(st) quarter: 1^(st) – 10^(th) April
- 2^(nd) quarter: 1^(st) – 10^(th) July
- 3^(rd) quarter: 1^(st) – 10^(th) October
- 4^(th) quarter: 1^(st) – 10^(th) January
- Submission of the CU form for the tax return of domestic staff in February of each year
- Any letter of termination of employment and the related notification to INPS
