Francesco

Francesco, Founding Partner of Xerendipity Corporation, is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors.

He founded Xerendipity Corporation in 2010 together with the founding partners of Circle of Lords.

Professional Background

In 2008, together with a group of investors, he founded Circle of Lords, a London-based specialist luxury tailor-made tour operator and concierge services company, taking on the role of Managing Director and also serving as a member of the Board of Directors.

Together with Circle of Lords’ partners, he founded Xerendipity Corporation, a high profile domestic staffing company, taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Francis has an engineering background and has built an international career with over 30 years in the luxury hospitality industry, including five years as a member of the executive team of luxury resorts in the Maldives. He has held several senior General Manager positions in 5-star luxury hotels and resorts in Florida, the Maldives and Nigeria.
